Today was Joyner's first AR day of this
school year. AR is a reading program where you read stories, take tests and earn points. At Joyner they have a quarterly program where students are recognized for reaching certain point goals. It's really fun and motivational. We also have an AR store where students can use their points earned to shop for prizes. I head up our AR store and love every minute of it. AR day is busy for us but so worth it to help motivate little readers! We're so blessed to have such a dedicated librarian at our school.
Meri Alan loves going to AR day too. Get ready Joyner...this
