I just got a call from Meri Alan and Kenneth. They're on their way home from the game. The Rebels won and it sounds like they had a great time! I know Meri Alan will do anything for snacks but it still tickles me. She called and said they had the best time and that they got to REALLY PIG OUT! She says she had popcorn, m&ms and a pretzel! Yum! Sara Frances and I have had a great, restful day! Very thankful!

Sara Frances met her year long reading goal on Monday so finally got to order her big prize. She chose Chrissa! I love this doll and think it looks like Sara Frances. While ordering she put in her own money to buy Chrissa's pet llama. Meri Alan also met her reading goal and her doll came yesterday too. She's at the baseball game with Kenneth in Oxford today so I'll get a pic of she and Josefina Montoya tomorrow. She's tickled and has wanted Josefina forever!

Spanish Art

This ones for you, Ms. Jennifer! Sara Frances misses part of her Spanish class on Thursdays for her piano lesson. Lucky for her, Ms. Jennifer (her fabulous Spanish teacher) still let's her do her work! :) She came home with what she needed to finish this fun Spanish art project. When she finished, she told me I needed to take her picture because Ms. Jennifer wanted her to put it on her blog. She was so excited!! Sara Frances also received her 5th piano trophy today. For some reason the picture won't load up. Maybe I can get it in a separate post. She loves getting a new trophy! We're proud of you , Sara Frances!!

Happy Easter!!

I hope you all had a Happy Easter!! We sure did. We celebrated Kenneth's birthday yesterday. Happy Birthday, Kenneth!! Easter at Calvary was wonderful! We always love taking pictures by the cross of beautiful flowers. I'm happy the girls have another day off of school.
